Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Leh

On Arrival, you will be received by our representative at the Leh Airport and transferred to the Hotel. You need to take complete rest for the first 24 hours to acclimatize to the high altitude. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2Leh (Acclimatisation/Local Sight-seeing)

After Breakfast you will visit some of the monasteries in the indus Valley along Indus river. Shey palace and Thiksay monastery are the two most popular monasteries of Ladakh. Leh palace and Shanti Stupa. You spend the evening exploring the leh market, as there are couple of good adventure shops as well. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3Alchi-Bazgo- Spituk

After breakfast an interesting drive to Spituk monastery located on the top of a peak on the Bank
of Indus river. Later continues drive along the Indus river via Magnetic hill, Pathar Sahab and
Sangam. Visit Basgo royal palace of world Heritage site by UNESCO and before Alchi cross the Indus. Alchi is the oldest monastery of Ladakh built in 11 th century by translator Rinchen Zangpo
who travel through Kashmir to Ladakh and built 108 stupas all over the Ladakh and Spiti. The
wall painting in the monastery are the most beautiful and oldest in the Himalaya. Later drive back
to Leh. Overnight Hotel

Day 4Leh to Rumtse village via Shay and Thiksay monastery

You will drive to Rumtse by visiting the historical monastery of Ladakh i.e Thiksay and Shay
which will impress your spiritual visit with statues, Stupas, Mane wall and paintings. Later drive to
Rumtse on the road of Leh-Manli high way. This is the first camping for your trekking and your
trekking team will receive you with tea coffee and your camp will be fixed before your arrival. Overnight Camp

Day 5Rumtse to Kyamar (4383m) 4-5 hrs

Trek by leaving village Rumtse village after breakfast s. The trail takes you by crossing to a
zigzag pattern of a river. Trek though the scenic views that from all sides. This valley provides
you numerous view and trek until a l nomadic settlement. Overnight Camp.

Day 6Kyamar - Tisaling (4800m)- -Mandalchan La) 5-6 hrs

After short trek, there is an easy climb of Kyumur La (4870m). from the pass, you will have with
colorful wildflowers and amazing easy descent to cross a stream and again gradual climbing a
small pass which leads to Mandalchan la pass (4996m). Continues trek to Tisaling, a valley that
is a visual delight. Overnight in camp

Day 7Tisaling- ShibukLa (5016m) 5-6 hrs

After the breakfast trek by gradual climbing to Shibuk La, pass, you get an amazing view of the
changthang wide open area of Nomads and Tsokar Lake. Trek down up to Puganagu. Overnight
camp

Day 8Panganagu - Nuruchan (4500m) 4-5 hrs

Today is an easy trek along the lake of Tsokar and you can see wild ass, Species and rare birds
as the region is hub for migratory birds from as far as central asia and Russia. Also, nomads with
their goats and sheep. Overnight Camp

Day 9Nuruchan - Horlam Kongka La - 4900m -Gyamabarma (4950m). 6 hours

Today we need to cross three passes up to 5400m of Kyamayuri La – 5410m. From Nuruchan
trek leads to Horlam Kongka La – 4900m then Gyamabarma (4950m) then Kyamayurila pass of
(5410m) then descend to the small campsite at Gyamabarma. Overnight Camp.

Day 10Gyamabarma - Yalung Nyau La (5440m) Korzok

Today is the last day of trekking which leads over the Yalung Nyau La pass (5440m) then trek to
Krzok village on the north-western shores of Tso Moriri lake. Here is a small monastery of
kaorzok of Tsomoriri lake. Overnight Camp

Day 11Tsomoriri Leh

After breakfast explore the beauty of Tsomoriri lake and it birds later drive to leh by visiting
Korzok monastery via Mahey bridge. Drive to Leh via mahe bridge through Indua river overnight
Hotel.

Day 12Leh

Free for exploring the Leh market and, you are at your own leisure. Overnight Hotel.

Day 13Departure

Drop back to Leh Airport for early flight back to Delhi.
